Payments for Stracimpal Atelier services are collected according to the quote confirmed before work begins on stracimpal.autos.

• Saved replies for payment bookings reference this site so history stays on the right ticket at Stracimpal Atelier.
• Accepted methods are confirmed by email from visit@this site and may include card or local transfer depending on Australia norms.
• Deposits for custom work are non-refundable once materials are ordered, unless we cancel the booking.

If we must cancel, prepaid fees for unfinished work are refunded within fourteen business days.

Workshop seats can be transferred once with forty-eight hours notice; no-shows forfeit the seat fee.

• Refund requests should include booking date, service name, and contact details used on this site.
